3 simple steps
1 / Sign up for a class
I offer both in-person and live, online classes. Choose between a group class or a private class with just your birth team and me. The best time to start is between 20 and 34 weeks pregnant. (If you are more than 35 weeks pregnant, get in touch so we can customize a plan for you!) Explore the site or contact me with questions!
2 / Practice your new techniques
Consistently practicing what you've learned throughout the rest of your pregnancy is key to the HypnoBirthing method. Practice makes permanent!
3 / Rock your birth!
No explanation needed! Enjoy a relaxed, positive birth experience where you're in control of decisions and welcome your baby with calm and joy!
About Me
I’ve been in higher education for over a decade, but after having my children, I discovered how much I loved the field of birth work and that I could use my skills as a teacher to help other families prepare for a positive birth experience! If you're interested to learn more about me, please check out my bio; if you'd like to know more about HypnoBirthing®, please see my services and explore the blog.
