I bring a wide range of training to help you prepare not only for the physical aspects of labor but also the mental and emotional. Labor is as much a challenge of the mind as it is the body. In addition to my original doula certification, I crosstrained with another organization, am a HypnoBirthing® educator, and certified Body Ready Method pro®. Learn more about me here!
